AAJ promotes justice and fairness for injured person, safeguards victims' rights - particularly the right to trial by jury - strengthens the civil justice sytem through education and disclosure of information critical to public health and safety.

The National Crime Victim Bar Association (NCVBA) provides technical support to attorneys representing crime victims in civil suits, referring crime victims to attorneys in their local areas, and increasing general awareness about the availability of civil remedies for victims of crime.

The Thomas M. Cooley Law School Alumni Mentoring Program puts current students and recent graduates in touch with Alumni Mentors for networking purposes in the areas where the student plans to return after graduation. Mentors help individuals in the transition from school to practice.

The Historical Society of Palm Beach County’s mission is to collect, preserve, and share the history of Palm Beach County. The organization maintains an active research facility in the Paramount Building in Palm Beach. The collections, which are continually growing, relate to the heritage of all communities in Palm Beach County. Young friends share their enthusiasm for history and offer valuable financial support to the work of the Society, including educational programs, the archival research, and artifact preservation.
